We could not have been more happy with the work done on our boat. It was taken to them because they were able to do both engine work and Gel coat work. They did a fantastic job. The gel is seamless and my boat has never run so good.

A little more communication wouldve been great. But I couldnt be more happy with the results.

We seen a tire was going flat and pulled into Muskoka boat gallery at 4:30 Friday afternoon and the great mechanics came to our rescue even though it was a car not a boat they proceeded to be so obliging to us to help with our tire problem. Bought a new Crest Pontoon for our cottage. Its a fantastic boat. Very smooth, great fit and finish and fast. We love it. The team at Muskoka Boat Gallery were very good to deal with. Not at all pushy and worked with us and were ready when we were. I highly recommend them.

Many companies claim to offer great service but falter when you call. Muskoka Boat Gallery follows through and beyond on their claim. We were boating into Port Carling when our X25 mysteriously stopped. It was 5:45 on a Saturday afternoon and I called MBG waiting to hear that they were closing and would have someone there on Monday. Instead, Logan (the Service Team Leader) came down to the docks diagnosed the need for a new fuel injector, went back to the shop got the part and installed it and had us running by 7 sacrificing his own dinner. This is what a true service company does.

Experience and Trust are everything in this industry, and both Chris and Logan went above and beyond to tend to my service issue!! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone either looking to buy a boat, or have their boat serviced there. They stand behind their work and their brand!! Thanks guys!!

I just wanted to share a word about service at Muskoka Boat Gallery. Behind every great boat there should be great service. Buying a boat is only part of the experience but once you have it, you want to know that you have the support you need. We were cruelly initiated into a lake by gracefully kissing unmarked rocks. This left us without a boat in the middle of our family vacation. The MBG team did everything they could to get my repairs going quickly but even better than that, they brought down our stress about the situation almost immediately by arranging a loaner for us that kept us surfing for the remainder of our vacation. They didnt need to do that but they did and my family thanks them for it. Thank you Logan, Chris and the rest of the MBG team for helping us out.

Jeff and Chris went above and beyond in helping us to locate the perfect used Mastercraft. I had complete trust in their advice. The boat was perfect when we picked it up. When I was thinking about upgrading my boat I did a bit of research online on different brands and options available in the local area. I had it narrowed down to 3 brands. I took a drive and stopped in Muskoka Boat Gallery first and boy am I glad I did. I was greeted by a very nice and energetic salesman ( Jeff Hurst ) being in the retail business myself I really appreciate buying from someone that knows his product and truly loves what he sells.
